I liked it. It’s a quick read, the approach is “hey, let’s build a windows debugger step by step in python together”. It defines the important notions (such as soft and hardware breakpoints), and gives you code snippets to let you play with the notions. I’d say it’s good for people who come from programming and want to play with systems.
